COLLABORATION with TINK
We cover a wide range of film production – in addition to documentaries, music videos and science communication, we also enjoy producing product presentations and reviews/test videos.
Last year, for example, we had the opportunity to produce many videos with small individual budgets for the now large start-up TINK. These were mainly test videos and product presentations – the scope of the videos varied greatly: from pure studio shoots to the use of AI to collaboration with actors.
WORKING WITH ACTORS
In some of the product test videos, we used fictional stories or situations to illustrate an application scenario, visually appeal to target groups, or even to emotionalise products. In a lawnmower comparison test, for example, this involved an elderly couple in a house with a garden, who were visited by a young TINK consultant to show them various lawnmowers and answer their questions. As we worked with a very limited budget for all these videos, our diverse contacts with actors and actresses came in very handy here.
USE OF AI
Generative AI is revolutionising filmmaking, and in the commercial sector in particular, there is already no way around the tremendous visual possibilities it offers, even for small budgets. In a commercial for the new Amazon Kindle Colorsoft, we combined real film with AI, while for other products we used, for example, AI generated openings before a subsequent studio shoot. Even with small marketing budgets, there are many other fantastic opportunities to produce entertaining content with very little effort – content that really works for viewers.
SOCIAL MEDIA AUSWERTUNG
In addition to the often lengthy product videos, we sometimes produced short videos for Instagram on the same day of filming. Teaser for the video, compilations or standalone clips. Thinking beyond the boundaries of formats and broadcasts in campaigns is, after all, the key to greater visibility...
