We are currently in post-production of an image film for the IJSO. We filmed in Hanover and Hamburg. Our project was also exciting due to the production conditions - because our film was made parallel to a week-long event with almost 50 students in Hanover - the national finals of the IJSO and the award ceremony of the Federal Environment Competition. Instead of the usual scheme (interview and B-roll), we opted for a reportage format with two clear protagonists. In this way, the clear emotional perspective of the young participants structures a complex process and a wealth of information that would otherwise not have been satisfactorily accommodated in four minutes.
