AUSGANGSPUNKT DES PROJEKTES<\/h3><\/div>

The corona pandemic did not make life any easier for associations either. DIGITAL VEREINT is an initiative of the Technology Foundation Berlin with the aim of enabling the continuation of association work in the digital realm. In August, Citylab Berlin approached us with the idea of producing two films: an image film that makes the work of DIGITAL VEREINT plausible and an explanatory film that clarifies the Senate's Smart City strategy. Both films were to run in an exhibition just three weeks later. This was a real time challenge for our film production as well.<\/p>

OUR APPROACH<\/h3><\/div>

Ausgangspunkt unserer Arbeit waren in diesem Fall nur zwei recht lange, etwas sperrige Sprecher:innentexte. Es gab aufgrund der Coronazeit kein Bildmaterial, kein Audiomaterial. Schnell entschieden wir uns daf\u00fcr, zusammen mit unseren Partnern von JOJOMOTO den Erkl\u00e4rfilm f\u00fcr die Smart City Strategie zu animieren. Assets wurden entworfen – und direkt umgesetzt. F\u00fcr das Video von DIGITAL VEREINT lag die besondere Herausforderung darin, innerhalb weniger Tage Interviewpartner:innen und Drehorte zu finden.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

IMPLEMENTATION<\/h3><\/div>

Uns ist es wichtig, auch sperrige Zusammenh\u00e4nge emotional nachvollziehbar darzustellen. \u00c4sthetische Kernidee des kurzen Films wurde so das Verschwinden: Pl\u00e4tze, die sich leeren, B\u00fcros, die verwaist stehen, ein Garten, der sich selbst \u00fcberlassen wird. Stock Footage m\u00f6gen wir nicht besonders gern – wir wollten alle Bilder m\u00f6glichst selbst drehen. Gl\u00fccklicherweise leben und arbeiten wir seit \u00fcber 20 Jahren in Berlin und sind Teil eines riesigen Netzwerkes. So lie\u00df sich das Video f\u00fcr DIGITAL VEREINT innerhalb von zwei Wochen incl. Schnitt umsetzen.<\/p>

SIMILAR PROJECTS<\/h3><\/div>

Our film and video production is very happy to work for foundations, NGOs and associations.\u00a0 Of course, we do not see ourselves purely as service providers in this context and so our involvement often goes far beyond the production of a film or video. At the end of 2021, for example, we produced a film for the project\u00a0MARBLES OF REMEMBRANCE<\/a>\u00a0the\u00a0Arolsen Archives\u00a0\u00a0<\/a>organised a joint excursion day with around 30 children from a Waldorf school in Berlin.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t
